Take a break from the hustle and bustle of the Harmony & HeART Community Celebration at the Red Earth Arts Precinct Amphitheatre and wander over to The Quarter to relax with the upbeat acoustic roots/blues/folk/rock of Ben Catley, and opening act from Sophia Holmes on the grass from 6.30pm.

BYO seating and takeaway and we will have some bean bags set up on the grass to make the space a bit cosy!

About Ben Catley  

All of Ben’s music is played on acoustic guitar and has a wild energy that is greatly inspired by the wilderness and nature of Western Australia. His songwriting is influenced by the lifestyle of WA life and my connection to the outdoors.

SOPHIA HOLMES

Sophia is a local 17 year old singer, songwriter and guitarist from Karratha. She has an indie-folk vocal style and accompanies herself with the acoustic guitar. She sings a combination of her own compositions and her interpretations of well-known soul, pop, jazz and folk ballads. In 2020, Sophia was the winner of the Jazz category of the National Permission To Shine competition and in 2019, was the winner of the Karratha Vybe Youth Music competition. In the past Sophia has performed at the North West Festival and the Red Country Musical Festivals in Port Hedland and at Red Earth Arts Festivals in Karratha.
