You Want to be a Writer?

KARRATHA WRITERS' GROUP

Get rid of those worries and nerves about writing.  Banish the thought, ‘I don’t know how to write’. You can, in fact, anyone can; and it does not have to be in English!

In this workshop you are asked to bring with you an idea for a story, poem, or other piece of creative writing. Our session will start with members of the Karratha Writers’ Group giving you the basics of turning your idea into written word. You will then have three hours to start the draft of your own unique piece of work before coming back together with a writer who will give feedback and, most of all, encouragement.

With your permission and after you have had the opportunity to polish your work, it can be exhibited on a City of Karratha’s Website.
