  1. Can I bring alcohol to the Opening, the HeART?
  • No BYO is allowed. It is a licensed event.  Drinks are available for purchase onsite.

  1.   The HeART – Social Event
  • Can I bring my own picnic to The HeART? 
  • Patrons can purchase food from the food trucks adjacent to The HeART and bring it into the fenced area, or bring a picnic, but not alcohol.  All alcohol must be purchased from The HeART bar.
  • What food will be available from The HeART?
  • There will be a number of food vans situated in the REAP Carpark outside the REAF Hub for people to come and enjoy, you don’t need to show proof of vaccination to enjoy the food van space. 
  • There will be a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available, including beer on tap.
  • What time will The HeART close?
  • It will definitely be open until 9:30pm.  We anticipate it may be open some nights until 10.30pm
  • I have noticed on the Program that the Age group is 18+ for the HeART Bar and I would like to bring my family into this area?
    • The HeART bar area is a licensed venue. Therefore, minors will need to be accompanied and supervised by a responsible guardian.


  1. What is Homegrown?
  • The REAP amphitheatre is having a whole night dedicated to the amazing local talent our region has to offer. Barton Ridge (Camille Barton), TomBoy (Hailey Thompson), local students who have been working with Perth Symphony Orchestra), as well as Youth Artist in Residence Karrak Gregory.


  1. What is Circus Feast?
  • Saturday 19th the REAP amphitheatre is turning into a circus extravaganza. There will be a few different circus shows on as well as roving performers mingling with the crowds.
  • Circus Feast residency is also taking place at the Dampier Hall from Monday 14th -  Friday 18th
    • Kids workshops: Mon-Fri, 3:30-4:30 pm (Ages 7-12)
    • Teen workshops: Mon, Wed, Fri, 5-6pm (Ages 13-17)
    • Adults workshops: Tue, Thursday, 5-6pm (Ages 18+)
  • Head Over Heels also will be performing roaming entertainment at the Karratha City Shopping Centre Saturday19th 1-2pm


  1. Do I have to show proof of vaccination to attend REAF events?
  • All patrons will need to show proof of vaccination to enter REAF events held at REAP, the REAP Amphitheatre and any indoor REAF events that take place off site.
  • When entering a venue each night patrons will receive a wristband which will mean they can enter and exit any venue with out having to repeat showing proof of vaccination
  1. Is there any strobe lighting effects that I need to be aware of?
  • No strobe lighting will be at venues.


  1. Are any of the venues pet friendly?
  • No, there are no pet friendly venues.


  1. Should we bring chairs or picnic blankets to the REAF Amphitheatre events?
  • Yes, please bring all picnic supplies, chairs, rugs etc. excluding alcoholic beverages and Eskys due to licensing requirements.


  1. Can I bring my camera, selfie stick, take video or photos with my phone for events?
  • Yes


  1. What happens if there is inclement weather?
  • The REAF events staff will notify patrons of event conditions.


  1. What can I do with my ticket if I can’t make the show?
  • Tickets are non-refundable for all events.


  1. Can I meet the performers?
  • Some events are interactive with the performers and may allow social engagement.


  1. How can I contact REAF for feedback, enquiries or complaints?


  1. Are the venues Covid-safe?
  • Yes, all venues hosting REAF events are Covid-safe requiring Covid-safe check-in, hand sanitizer stations, and capacity limits as per Stage 2 public measure.  


  1. What happens if events are cancelled due to Covid regulations?
  • The REAF events staff will notify patrons of event conditions.


  1. Is there an age restriction in The HeART Bar?
  • This area is a licenced venue and minors must be accompanied by a guardian.


  1. Is there allocated seating at events?
  • Yes, for theatre events allocated seating is in place.


  1. Are parent rooms available?
  • Yes
